Although Kimmel may be known for their beautiful orchard and sweet treats, there are many other experiences and amenities we offer our guests. There are a variety of spaces to rent at the orchard for special events, conferences, and more! Each rental space has its own unique benefits and varying guest capacities. A description of each space can be found below!
Apple Barn
The Apple Barn is a perfect indoor location for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, or any special gathering! There are 10 tables providing ample space for guests to sit. The store section of the Apple Barn will even be open for shopping during the time of your event. For an additional fee, our famous Kimmel wines and local hard cider can be served at the bar!

Conference Room
Looking for a location to host office gatherings, educational seminars, conferences/workshops, or graduation parties? If so, the conference room is a perfect match for you! Located in the Kimmel Education & Research Center, this location has a quiet atmosphere and is secluded from guests in the Apple Barn. This large space allows for guests to sit comfortably and move around freely. The room can be kept as one large space or divided into three smaller sections for breakout groups using our built-in room dividers.

Price: Full Day - $400
Half Day - $200
Pavilion
Another great location for birthday or graduation parties and family reunions is our Pavilion. Even baby or bridal showers can be held here! This is the perfect space to hold outdoor events. Our Pavilion is located next to the Pollinator Playground making it easy for little ones to enjoy the park while the event is taking place. The area is covered providing protection from rain or shine! Under the Pavilion are picnic tables allowing a space for guests to seat or eat.

Price: $75/hour
